Worstell will succeed Mike Gulledge, who announced he is leaving the company effective September 30, 2018.

Worstell began work with Billings Gazette Communications in 2003 and served in a number of leadership roles in advertising, marketing and operations before being named general manager in 2014. His career also includes stints with the Independent Record in Helena, Montana and the Missoulian in Missoula, Montana.
